Good at AMC and AMC Lowes.  AMC concession vouchers must be presented and redeemed in person at the concession stand.  Typically, they just ask you to scan the bar code on the voucher and you're done!  It's quick and easy from my experience!
To Redeem:
AMC Black Tickets:
Present black tickets at the theater box office.
Please ask the box office cashier to input the PIN numbers on the vouchers if they cannot scan the barcode.

Book online advanced reservations on the AMC website.  One of the images on this listing (above) shows the screen you need to go to on the AMC website to enter the PIN codes that can be found on the AMC black ticket. Users have found it easier to do this in the app.
AMC Popcorn/Drink Gift Certificates:
Print the vouchers and redeem in person at the AMC theater concession stand.  Most (but not all) concession stands also allow you to scan the vouchers off your mobile device. Concession vouchers cannot be redeemed on the AMC website or AMC mobile app.
IMPORTANT: If the cashier cannot scan the barcode, ask him/her to punch in the numbers on the voucher into the register.
